Meta restricts any ad that promotes or references alcohol, such as a happy-hour reel or a wine-pairing night: it must follow local law and Meta's age and country targeting (21+ in the US, 19+ in Canada). Meta allows no alcohol ads in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Turkey or parts of India, among others; run a food-only version there.
Google Ads permits alcohol ads only in listed countries and rejects ads that appeal mainly to people under the legal purchase age, suggest drinking improves performance or health, or show drinking before activities that need sobriety.
On Meta, "Gluten intolerant? We've got you" breaks the personal-attributes rule because it implies you know a viewer's health; "Gluten-free pasta on request" is fine. In the UK, the CMA says a mandatory service or cover charge belongs in the advertised price.
