Who We Are
Belova.ai is operated by Invikta Technology LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 15228536), with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
What You Can Do
Belova.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business marketing needs. You may use the content you generate (images, videos, websites, copy) for commercial purposes. You may not resell access to the platform itself or use it to build a competing service.
Content Ownership
You own the content you create with Belova.ai. We do not claim ownership over your generated images, videos, websites, or marketing copy. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the platform, but we will never use your specific content for marketing or training purposes without your explicit consent.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Belova.ai to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if we believe a violation has occurred.
Free Trial
Eligible plans may include a free trial period (typically 7 days). To start a trial, we collect a valid payment method but do not charge you during the trial. We will send you reminder emails before the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before the end of the trial period from your billing settings to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will start automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method will be charged the full plan price disclosed at checkout.
Payments & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with reasonable advance notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. AI-Generated Content
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI outputs may occasionally be imperfect, inaccurate, or require manual review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
Availability
We aim to keep Belova.ai available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary unavailability of the service.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Belova.ai and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or use the platform in a way that creates risk for us, other users, or our service providers. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to address the issue before suspension or termination. After termination, the licenses granted to you end and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Belova.ai and Invikta Technology LTD are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except that consumers resident in another country may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by mandatory local law.
Changes to These Terms
