In India, the CCPA's Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisement in Coaching Sector (13 November 2024) ban false claims about selection rates, ranks, assured admission or guaranteed selection, and false urgency such as invented seat limits. A successful student's photo must carry their name, rank and course details, including whether the course was paid, with disclaimers in the same font size as the claim. Written consent can only be taken after the result, and endorsers share liability.
Google's unreliable-claims policy rejects ads that present an improbable result as the likely outcome, and fear-based copy ("fail without us") falls under its "Imposing negativity" sensitive category, which blocks your remarketing and Customer Match lists. Many aspirants are under 18: Meta lets advertisers reach teens by age and location only, and Google shows no personalized ads to under-18s, so aim ads at parents or rely on search keywords.
