Overview

Belova.ai is built to help small businesses create marketing content quickly, and we'd rather get a problem sorted than have anyone pay for a tool that isn't working for them. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work, including your statutory rights as a UK or EU consumer, and how to reach us if something hasn't gone right with a recent charge.

What This Covers

This policy applies to all payments made through Belova.ai, including monthly and annual subscription plans and one-time credit purchases. It does not apply to free-tier accounts. Belova.ai is operated by Invikta Technology LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

14-Day Cancellation Right (UK / EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the start of your paid plan and receive a full refund of the subscription fee, unless you have already started using the paid features during that period.

Because Belova.ai is a digital service that begins immediately on subscription, by starting to use paid features (for example, generating images, videos, or other content using credits) within the 14-day window, you expressly request that the service begin during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel for content that has already been generated using credits, since those credits trigger immediate processing through external AI providers and cannot be reversed.

To exercise this right, email [email protected] within 14 days of subscription start with a clear request to cancel. We will refund the unused portion of your subscription fee using the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving your request.

Cancelling Your Plan

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. After cancellation, your paid features remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your subscription will not renew. Outside of the 14-day statutory cancellation window described above, we generally do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle. You can resubscribe at any time from the same billing settings if you change your mind.

When We Issue Refunds

In addition to your statutory rights, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be reasonable. Situations that typically qualify include:

• A billing error resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge.
• A charge was made without your authorisation.
• A verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing core platform functionality and our team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
• The service you received differs significantly from what was described on our pricing or features pages.
• Other circumstances where, in our reasonable judgement, a refund is the fair outcome.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Credits

Every credit you spend triggers real-time processing through external service providers. Because these costs are incurred immediately and cannot be reversed, credit purchases — whether included with your plan or bought as top-ups — are non-refundable once any credits have been used. Unused credits within the 14-day statutory cancellation window may still be refunded as part of the cancellation right described above.

Requesting a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days. Once a refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method. The refund typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
